Katrien holds an MBA and master’s degree in linguistics but her professional background has been mostly in communication and business development. She has worked across multiple countries and continents, both at intergovernmental organisations and in the private sector. She was involved in the early collaboration between Aerofoil Energy and Williams Advanced Engineering while working for the latter. In the past few years Katrien has been working as a consultant, focusing on sustainability, energy and cleantech and assisting businesses with their international expansion.
